Heated soak tanks are built to sit under the three-compartment sink. What is removed in the cleaning process either floats on the surface or drops down as heavier sludge. There are perforations in the lifting basket—the tank within the tank—that allow the sludge to fall to the bottom of the tank. At the end of each month, the heat is turned off, the tank is drained using the floor drain, and the debris is removed.

Soak tanks were originally designed for the cleaning of hood filters that collect FOG. The baffles within the filters trap the FOG. It is imperative for the FOG to be removed regularly in order to prevent hood fires.

Cleaning Steps Of Whale Cleen sonic Soak Tank:

Step 1: Pre rinse

Excess debris from item to be soaked.

Step 2: Loading

Fill clean hot water to Max Line of soak tank.

Step 3: Soaking

Put some suitable cleaning powder in the soak tank and let it soak whole night.

Step 4: Removing Contaminant

Using high pressure water or other tool to remove all the contaminat on the surfacte of equippment.

Step 5: Drain the dirty water

Usually it can be used for monthly when you fill full tank of water and cleaning powder. You don't need to drain the water unless it is too dirty to cleaning.

When you need to drain the water, please disconnect the power plug at first and better cool the water as well. Connect the extra outlet vavle to the sewer.

Make sure the vavle is connected well before you open the drain vale on the soak tank.

Remember to clean the basket and soak tank before you use it again.
