2.4KW Ultrasonic Anilox Roller Cleaning Machine With Heater SUS304 Tank Sonic Ultrasonic Cleaner

Ultrasonic anilox roll cleaning machines are fully automated for anilox roll and sleeves maintenance. Individually designed to deep clean anilox rolls, sleeves or gravure cylinders of all sizes, they reduce set-up times, minimize press downtime, increase the lifetime of the rolls and optimize printing quality.Ultrasonic anilox roll and sleeve cleaners are a perfect solution for daily washing and maintenance of the rolls. Short and gentle cleaning process leaves the rolls perfectly clean and ready for use in 30 minutes without causing any wear and tear to the roll. Ceramic anilox rolls cannot be properly cleaned with conventional mechanical methods.

How Ultrasonic Cleaner Work?

Ultrasonic cleaning is a process that uses ultrasound (usually from 20–400KHz) to agitate a fluid. The ultrasound can be used with just water, but use of a solvent appropriate for the item to be cleaned and the type of soiling present enhances the effect. Cleaning normally lasts between three and six minutes, but can also exceed 20 minutes, depending on the object to be cleaned.

Ultrasonic cleaners are used to clean many different types of objects, including jewelry, lenses and other optical parts, watches, dental and surgical instruments, tools coins, fountain pens, golf clubs, fishing reels, window blinds, firearms, car fuel injector, musical instruments, gramophone records, industrial parts and electronic equipment. They are used in many jewelry workshops, watchmakers' establishments, and electronic repair workshops.

FAQ:

1. What is Cavitation and Implosion?

The phenomenon of cavitation is unique in fluids. The cavitation bubbles implode, releasing high energy locally. This implosion is the heart of the ultrasonic process.

2. How does Ultrasonic Cleaning Work?

An ultrasonic system works by inducing controlled cavitation in the cleaning fluid. Cavitation refers to microscopic voids or "bubbles" that form when the transducers emit sufficient ultrasonic energy into the fluid. The cavitation bubbles form relatively slowly and then collapse suddenly, releasing tremendous energy against the surfaces of objects immersed in the tank that ‘scrubs’ hard to remove soils from the parts.

3. Can ultrasonic cleaning damage parts?

Ultrasonic cleaning is considered safe for most parts; although in some cases it is necessary to observe caution. Although the effect of thousands of implosions per second is very powerful, the cleaning process is safe.
