- Good material compatibility: Hydrocarbon cleaning agent contains no moisture, chlorine, sulfur or corrosive substances. No corrosion or oxidation of metal materials; no adverse effects on plastics and rubber; provides anti-rust function for iron parts.
- Extremely low toxicity: Ultra-low toxicity in toxicological tests, non-carcinogenic, completely volatile at room temperature and heating states, safe for operators with no residue.
- Low cost of use: Total power approximately 40KW, average consumption about 10KW per hour (40% savings compared to traditional water-based equipment). Equipped with distillation recovery device for unlimited solvent use with 99% recovery rate and average loss of 0.8L/H.
- Safety: High flash point evaporation solvents with flame retardant properties. All cleaning and drying processes occur in vacuum sealed chambers isolated from oxygen and ignition points. Explosion-proof design with automatic fire extinguishing system and multi-layer safety protection.
